French Macaroons

Maybe I can just say that I've been terribly busy. But I have learned to make macarons. Not the coconut mirengue ones, but the French macaroons... the super tasty and even more finicky cookie.
It took me a few weeks of trial and error, but I've figured them out! They really are a bit hard to learn how to make and take a lot of patience. Though I must admit that the frustration paid off. YUM!
